If your trailer product remains boxed and unopened, you may contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return to our warehouse. Once the item has been inspected and deemed suitable for resale, you can choose either a credit or a refund, less a 20% restocking fee. For products that have been unboxed but remain unused and in new condition, returns can be arranged within 7 days of delivery. After inspection confirms the trailer is unused and undamaged, a credit or refund will be issued, less a 30% restocking fee. Refer to our Return Policy for more information.
