NBT Trailers Warranty Terms

NBT Trailers stands behind the quality of our products with the following warranty coverage within Australia.

• Structural Components: 5 years
• Parts & Accessories: 1 year

This warranty covers manufacturing defects. To initiate a claim, please have the following ready:

1. Your original sales invoice as proof of purchase
2. A clear description of the fault
3. Photographic evidence of the defect

All warranty repairs must be completed at our factory. Please note that transportation costs to and from our facility are the responsibility of the customer.

What is Not Covered:

• Damage resulting from improper use, accident, or overloading the product beyond its stated capacity.
• Trailer and parts that have been repaired, modified, or tampered with by anyone other than an authorised NBT Trailers technician.
